The Seminar for Litigators is coming back to London on 1st November. We have secured a line up of experienced speakers, experts in their field, who will discuss six current topics relevant to your work as litigator. You will hear about new legislation on jurisdiction for threats, handling litigants in person, the Augusta Legal funding and more. The event will also provide a refresher on subjects which were part of the IP Litigation course at Nottingham Trent. All CITMA litigators are welcome.
