  • Rights of representation, EU trade marks, and registered Community designs - what is likely to happen post-Brexit, what has CITMA been doing on these issues, and how you can support the next stages?

Join our President Kate O’Rourke in an online webinar for an in-depth look at the latest position and issues around rights of representation and EU registered rights.

Kate will be joined by Second Vice-President Richard Goddard and CITMA Council member Rachel Wilkinson-Duffy – who are both part of our Brexit task-force.

During the webinar the panel will share updates of recent meetings with the European Commission, the IPO and other organisations – providing insight into what has been discussed as well as the latest thinking and anticipated timetable.

We will also share CITMA’s positions on the detail of how EU trade marks and Community designs should be handled in the UK post-Brexit.

The webinar will include an extended question and answer session.

We hope you’ll join us to discuss this important topic.

The webinar will run via Webex. Please click here to check your computer meets the system requirements for displaying the webinar.
