The Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Act 2017 came into force on 1st October 2017.
To avoid advising a client of the strength of their position only to have the tables turned if you overlooked the unjustified threats legislation, it is advisable that you familiarise yourself with that legislation and principles.
