Join the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) for the afternoon to hear their perspective on global IP from across the pond.
Topics covered include the Madrid Protocol applications and cross-border issues, registered designs and working with Hague agreement and AI patents including patentability issues and blockchain patents.
The AIPLA, headquartered in Arlington County, Virginia, is a national, voluntary bar association constituted primarily of lawyers in private and corporate practice, in government service, and in the academic community, with approximately 14,000 members.
The afternoon, hosted by CIPA, FICPI and CITMA, will provide a great opportunity for you to engage with your US counterparts on key business matters whilst earning 2.5 CPD hours.
