  • Bad faith: MONOPOLY TM at the Board of Appeal re repeat filings; STYLO & KOTON TM, Case C-104/18.
  • Recent UK cases with practice points, including Claridge’s Hotel Ltd v Claridge Candles Ltd [2019] EWHC 2003 (IPEC); and Beauty Bay Ltd v Benefit Cosmetics Ltd [2019] EWHC 1150 (Ch).

Charlotte will also share a brief overview of 2019 in the Registry and appeals to the Appointed Persons.
