David Musker

David is a professor of international design law and is also a Chartered Patent Attorney and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney. David is a founder editor of the community design handbook and has written his own book called Community Design Law: Principles and Practice. 

John Coldman

John Coldham 

John is a partner at Gowling. He is the chair of the CITMA design and copyright working group and is the winner of the Client Choice Award 2019 for Designs. John's experience covers cases big and small, from running multi-jurisdiction patent litigation to design right cases in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.
