How can UK trade mark practitioners best avoid irregularities in the Madrid System? We have invited WIPO to give you the inside track.

International registrations (IRs) from the UK have significantly more irregularities than IRs from any other trade mark registries.

Oscar Benito, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Aileen Umali and Juan Rodriguez Guerra from the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), will discuss common irregularities and how you can avoid them in the future.

Our speakers will also cover different oddities of the Madrid System, so you will feel more comfortable and familiar with the Madrid System.
