Join us in Leeds for this lively round-table discussion, and share your experiences with filings, enforcement and validity of non-traditional marks.

Womble Bond Dickinson’s Rose Smalley will start by updating us on UK and EU trade mark decisions made in the last 12 months, also discussing notable older cases that followed new EU trade mark regulations.

She’ll then encourage debate, with particular focus on the introduction of Regulation 2015/2454. Throughout, Rose will offer tips and guidance on dealing with non-traditional marks and applications.

We expect this event to be full of energy.

We hope you can get involved.
