Melanie specialises in the resolution of disputes relating to intellectual property. She has extensive experience of working with clients in the retail and fashion sectors. She has recently acted in cases before the CJEU and the Court of Appeal, as well as various hearings in the High Court in London.
Melanie has particular specialisms in trade mark infringement, passing off, design right, copyright and database right infringement claims, misuse of confidential information claims, search orders, urgent interim injunctive relief, brand reputation and management, and complex parallel import/grey market trading cases.
