Change to UK trade mark application service09 June 2017
The UK Intellectual Property Office is introducing changes in the look and style of its ‘apply to register a trade mark’ service.
The changes mean that any draft applications saved for future progress must be submitted by Wednesday 14th June otherwise it will need to be started again.
The IPO described the changes “as part of our ongoing work to improve our digital services”.
The current form will be switched off at midnight on 14th June and the new form will be released on 15th June.
