ITMA President Chris McLeod (pictured) appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live last week to discuss the Kylie Jenner v Kylie Minogue trade mark dispute.
One of the most shared news items on social media last week, the story centred around reality TV celebrity Kylie Jenner’s attempts to register ‘Kylie’ as a trade mark in America, a move which was challenged by Kylie Minogue who already has several earlier marks registered.
Chris shared his expertise on the protection trade mark registrations provide, what can be registered as a trade mark, and whether Kylie Jenner is likely to succeed with her trade mark registration.
