Warm up for our Spring Conference with Superdry, Caterpillar and The Hon Mr Justice Richard Arnold at our Intensive Design Seminar.

The afternoon offers new knowledge and practical learning for Chartered Trade Mark Attorneys and IP lawyers who file designs.

You’ll hear from Daniel Alexander QC, as well as senior members of the UKIPO and WIPO. They will discuss a number of subjects, most notably Brexit, currently due to come into effect two weeks after the seminar.

3.15pm	Update on Hague System for International Protection of Industrial Designs Gregoire Bisson of WIPO and Andrew Sadler of the UKIPO will provide an overview of the WIPO Hague system for protecting design rights internationally

4.35pm	Brexit – Impact on Designs Tom Sharman of Reddie & Grose will focus on the practical implications Brexit in relation to designs.
