Junior Trade Mark Paralegal – London

We are working with a leading international IP firm in their search for a Trade Mark Paralegal to support two busy trade mark attorneys.

The role will provide full trade mark paralegal and administrative support including:

• Preparing and filing trade mark applications and designs
• Instructing overseas agents on new filings
• Assisting with client queries and portfolio management
• Preparing and filing oppositions, EOTs, recordals and other documents
• Handling incoming correspondence, billing and invoicing, reporting letters and emails etc.
• Monitoring deadlines and diaries and taking responsibility for the management of associated dates

The ideal candidate will be CITMA Qualified and have some previous trade mark experience gained from an in-house or private practice trade marks team.
