Senior Trade Mark Secretary to Partner c£50,000++ London

Our client is seeking a Senior Level Trade Mark Secretary to support a Senior Partner in the Trade Marks team. This is a busy and rewarding role within an established IP private practice.

Day to day duties will include all manner of trade mark related support tasks, preparing trade mark applications, diary management, billing and handling related queries.

The role would suit a person with previous trade mark experience who is organised, pro-active, and who has excellent communication skills. Those who interact with clients as a part of their current or previous roles will be placed at an advantage. Other attributes which will be looked upon favourably are the confidence to effectively manage a busy workload, and the adaptability and presence of mind to be flexible in terms of the approach to work.

If you hold the CITMA qualification this will be looked upon favourably.
