About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trade Mark Administrator to join a leading intellectual property team.

In this role, you will support Trade Mark Attorneys by managing case administration, filing applications, and ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout the prosecution process.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and manage trade mark cases using case management systems.
  • File trade mark applications and complete all post-filing formalities.
  • Draft and process legal documents and correspondence.
  • Liaise with intellectual property offices and overseas agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of deadlines, assignments, renewals, and ownership changes.
  • Prepare trade mark portfolio reports for clients.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous trade mark administrator experience in a comparable environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
