About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trade Mark Administrator to join a leading intellectual property team.
In this role, you will support Trade Mark Attorneys by managing case administration, filing applications, and ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout the prosecution process.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage trade mark cases using case management systems.
- File trade mark applications and complete all post-filing formalities.
- Draft and process legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaise with intellectual property offices and overseas agents.
- Maintain accurate records of deadlines, assignments, renewals, and ownership changes.
- Prepare trade mark portfolio reports for clients.
What we’re looking for
- Previous trade mark administrator experience in a comparable environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
