Menopause is one of many life challenges that mid-life throws at us, with factors such as caring for ageing parents, teenagers, empty-nests, and increasing seniority and responsibility at work, also coming along around the same time. We don’t need to be powerless in the face of these challenges and can take control with support from others and through a better understanding of ourselves.

This experiential webinar will explore how coaching and mentoring can support us to thrive and not just survive in the face of these challenges. There will also be an opportunity to experience coaching in action (without needing to share anything personal with fellow attendees) and how it can help bring clarity to tackling some of these challenges.

There will be a focus on mid-life challenges, particularly for those who go through menopause; however, all are welcome to attend irrespective of age and gender.

The webinar will be chaired by Andrea Brewster OBE, Lead Executive Officer of IP Inclusive.

Who is it for?

IPause webinars are for everyone who works in the UK’s IP sector. All genders and all ages are welcome, as are people from all roles and career levels. You might be going through (peri)menopause yourself, or already have done so, or just want to know more for the future. You might be joining to find out how you can support family, friends and colleagues who are going through (peri)menopause.

Feel free to invite a friend or colleague to come along to an IP Inclusive event with you – someone in a different role or at a different career level, perhaps, or a colleague who’s not yet involved with IP Inclusive. They’ll be most welcome!
