In a world where the news seems to be dominated by cruelty and greed, it is more important than ever for us to hold onto the importance of simply being kind – to others and to ourselves.

In this session, IP Inclusive will explore some of the evidence that being kind is actually good for your mental and physical health, think about what gets in the way of being kind and look at some ideas for introducing kindness in the workplace. Finally, they will think about the value and effectiveness of practising self-compassion.

It's hoped that this lunchtime webinar will encourage us to pause and focus on how simple acts of kindness can help us become happier, healthier people.

Who is it for?

This event is for all UK-based IP professionals who are interested in mental wellbeing. This is an important topic, which touches many and matters to all of us.

Bring a guest!

IP Inclusive wants to reach as many IP people as possible. Why not invite a guest to watch one of their webinars with you – someone in a different role or at a different career level, perhaps; an ally or potential ally; or a colleague who’s not yet involved with IP Inclusive? They’ll be most welcome!

That said, both organisations do need money to keep the show on the road, so if you enjoy the event please consider contributing.
