Our client is seeking a Trade Mark Support/Paralegal to join their Trade Marks team. This is a busy and rewarding role within an established IP private practice. Day to day duties will include all manner of trade mark related support tasks, preparing trade mark applications, diary management, billing and handling related queries.
The role would suit a person with previous trade mark secretarial or paralegal experience who is organised, pro-active, and who has excellent communication skills. Other attributes which will be looked upon favourably are the confidence to effectively manage a busy workload, and the adaptability and presence of mind to be flexible in terms of the approach to work.
