U.S. trade mark practice continues to evolve, and for UK paralegals supporting international portfolios, even small procedural missteps can have significant consequences.

This upcoming webinar provides a practical and timely update on recent developments in U.S. trade mark practice, tailored specifically to the needs of UK-based paralegals.

Led by Eric Mills and Hunter Domanski of Maynard Nexsen, the session will translate complex U.S. developments into clear, usable guidance for a UK audience. Drawing on recent USPTO initiatives, key U.S. case law and hands-on prosecution experience, the speakers will focus on what UK paralegals need to know when managing U.S. filings, responding to office actions and instructing U.S. counsel.

The webinar will highlight the USPTO’s drive for greater efficiency, explore decisions of particular relevance to UK applicants, and set out practical “do’s and don’ts” that can materially improve filing and prosecution outcomes.

Concise, relevant and practice-led, this webinar is essential for UK paralegals involved in U.S. trade mark work.
