As part of Hogan Lovells’ London brands team, Francesca advises clients across a range of business sectors on all aspects of their brand strategy including the protection, exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.

Francesca acts for clients in both contentious and commercial IP matters. Her key areas of focus are trade marks and brand strategy, with a particular interest in IP issues relating to e-commerce and intermediary service providers.
