Senior Trade Mark Paralegal – London – Exclusive to IP Support

Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join a growing team at an exciting stage of development. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and eager to contribute ideas while helping to share and build the department. 

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience, alongside patience, adaptability, and a pro-active mindset. As the team is currently very small, the role requires a team player who has a hands-on approach, a willingness to collaborate closely and an understanding that processes and structures are still evolving. Flexibility, great communication and a strong work ethic are essential. 

Training will be provided, along with genuine opportunities to take on increasing responsibility and gain supervision experience as the department grows. However, this position is not a pathway to a trainee Trade Mark Attorney role. 

This role would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building something new, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
