Free online trial of trade mark handbooks
The CITMA and CIPA trade mark handbooks are available to view as part of a free trial of Thomson Reuters’ eBook reader, ProView.

The free trial includes access to The Trade Mark Handbook, The European Union Trade Mark Handbook and The Community Designs Handbook, produced by us and CIPA in collaboration with Thomson Reuters.
These handbooks which were traditionally offered in a loose-leaf format moved onto the ProView platform in 2021 to provide a flexible eBook alternative. Each publication is regularly updated with releases scheduled throughout the year.
Brought together by leading lights in our profession, the handbooks provide detailed descriptions of the law and practice relating to trade marks and designs.
You can request a trial until 27th April 2022. No payment details will be taken at the time of getting your trial started.
The trial will be initially set to run for 28 days and can be for up to three users in any one organisation.
