New CITMA Review editor appointed
We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new editor for our award-winning member publication, CITMA Review.

Following a rigorous recruitment process in partnership with Think publishing, Jackie Hunter has been selected to take on the role. Jackie brings a wealth of journalistic and editorial expertise, built over a distinguished career spanning more than two decades.
Jackie began her career as a features writer and commissioning editor, holding positions at The Independent and The Scotsman between 1997 and 2009. In 2012, she joined the Wall Street Journal’s (WSJ) London content studio, where she developed branded content across sectors including finance, technology, luxury, and emerging markets.
Her role at the WSJ expanded significantly in 2018 when she was appointed Executive Editor for EMEA. In this position, she commissioned and edited articles, identified interviewees for custom content, and supported on live events and video shoots.
Since 2023, Jackie has worked as a freelance journalist, writer, and editor, contributing to major titles such as Bloomberg Media Studios, FT Studio, Economist Impact, and Time Magazine.
Jackie succeeds Caitlin Mackesy Davies, who stepped down at the start of the summer after an impressive 14-year tenure as CITMA Review editor.
Richard Hayward, CITMA Head of PR & Communications, said, “We want to express our gratitude for Caitlin’s outstanding dedication and the exceptional quality she has brought to our publication month after month.
“We’re delighted to head into this new chapter with Jackie on board. Her wealth of editorial expertise will be a real asset to the publication, and we’re looking forward to working together to build on the magazine’s strong foundations.”
The digital version of the magazine underwent a major transformation in 2023, providing an immersive, interactive reader experience. Following this, CITMA Review took home best magazine (under 20k circulation) at the 2023 MemCom Excellence Awards, with judges remarking on the distinctive cover artwork and quality of peer-written content.
More recently, the magazine was also nominated for Best Association Newsletter or Magazine at the Association Excellence Awards last summer.
