I am qualified as both a Chartered Patent Attorney and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and assist clients on all aspects of IP protection and enforcement relating to patents, trade marks and designs. Helping clients to obtain a suite of rights protecting their brands and product designs is a large aspect of my work. I have a particular focus on the healthcare and consumer goods fields.
