I am involved in devising trade mark filing strategies, and in filing and prosecuting trade mark applications around the world. I also have extensive experience in the day to day management of global trade mark portfolios, recording of transactions, conducting due diligence exercises and trade mark investigations.
I often handle complex contentious matters on behalf of my clients, including oppositions, cancellation actions and appeals, and have been involved in the preparation of evidence in an infringement and passing off case against a lookalike product. I also assist clients with settlement negotiations and drafting co-existence agreements.
