Alistair is both a patent and a trade mark attorney and he advises a wide range of clients on protecting and defending their intellectual property.
He and his colleagues at Hindles carry out intellectual property audits and searches, and obtain trade mark, registered design and patent protection in the UK and around the world for a wide range of clients from their offices in Edinburgh and Liverpool.
Alistair has an undergraduate degree and PhD from the University of Cambridge and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2003.
