I regularly advise clients on the management of their trade mark and domain name portfolios around the world, conducting clearance searches and advising on filing strategies. I also have experience on advising clients in oppositions, invalidity actions and revocation actions. I enjoy drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, dispute resolution and mediation.
