I have more than 30 years' experience of advising clients on trade mark, design and copyright protection in the UK and overseas, including managing global trade mark portfolios and providing representation for SMEs and sole traders.
I undertake and manage trade mark clearance and filing programmes and have extensive experience in enforcing and preserving trade mark and design rights. I have regularly represented clients in UK trade mark oppositions and cancellation proceedings, including appearing at hearings before the Intellectual Property Office and the Appointed Person. I also have experience in prosecuting domain name dispute actions.
I also have extensive experience of filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, oppositions, and cancellation actions before the EUIPO and across the globe.
