Ross Manaton graduated in 1987 from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge with an honours degree in Natural Sciences (with specialisation in chemistry). He qualified as a Registered Trade Mark Attorney in 1991, a Chartered Patent Attorney in 1992 and a European Patent Attorney in 1993. He was awarded the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents' Moss Prize in 1989. Ross joined J.Y. & G.W. Johnson in 1994, becoming a partner in 1995 and subsequently a founding partner of Bromhead Johnson in 2004. He handles chemical and mechanical patent work and trade marks. He is a member of ECTA.
