I have worked as an in-house Trade Mark Attorney for an international food products company, managing the protection of a portfolio of major brands that are household names.
Following this, I worked in two London private practice firms, where I handled the trade mark work for a wide variety of international clients in numerous industries, including food and beverages, chemicals, rail transport, cosmetics, consumer electronics, car maintenance products, hotels, restaurants and entertainment.
I joined Dummett Copp LLP in 2013, where I handle Trade Mark clearance searching for UK, EU, Madrid Protocol and overseas Trade Mark filings and prosecution; opposition, revocation and invalidation proceedings; appeal proceedings; Company Names Tribunal and domain name disputes.
