I am a trade mark attorney (and also a patent attorney). My day-to-day work touches on a wide spectrum of IP matters, including UK, EU and foreign trade mark and design applications and freedom to operate searches.
When I’m not in the office I spend a lot of my time riding my bike and racing in time trials from 5 to 100 miles. I’m often found wearing a somewhat strange looking pointy helmet, all in the pursuit of improved aerodynamics!
