I am a Director at Lincoln IP. I am also a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney (CTMA) and a European Trade Mark and Design Attorney.
I have twenty years’ experience advising clients on trade mark and other IP matters. Presently I act as the principal account manager for a number of Lincoln IP’s trade mark clients. These include an award-winning specialist in laser technology and a highly innovative toy developer and manufacturer, both of which are now the proprietors of large international trade mark portfolios.
As well as assisting with trade mark strategy and prosecution, I have also supported several clients on contentious IP matters helping them to enforce their trade mark rights and successfully defending their products against alleged third-party IP rights. Often these disputes have been amicably resolved through careful negotiation and co-existence agreements, thus avoiding the need for more formal court actions.
