Kara is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Group at CMS with more than a decade's experience in the field of IP. She specialises in trade mark and design prosecution work and regularly advises clients across a range of sectors in relation to all aspects of trade mark selection, clearance searches, strategic filing, enforcement and portfolio management.
Kara took her degree in Law at the University of Leicester and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in September 2014.
