I qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2016 and have since completed the exams necessary to cross qualify as a solicitor with distinction.

I work with global clients, considering worldwide filing strategies, performing online brand monitoring and auditing, and advising on and acting on the full range of trade mark and design disputes.

My real niche involves using technology solutions to drive down costs and improve the accuracy and consistency of advice. Those with large portfolios should invest some time in considering whether software or process can streamline your processes and to free up your internal resources for the most challenging aspects of your strategy.

I have a particular interest in the technology sector, and am proud to support both early-stage businesses and some of the largest technology companies in the world.
