Adam joined Brand Protect in 2013, having previously worked for a regional law firm. Having completed the postgraduate certificate in intellectual property at Bournemouth University (with distinction) and the professional certificate in trade mark practice at Nottingham Trent University (with commendation), Adam qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2017. In the same year, he became a director of Brand Protect Limited, and qualified as an Irish trade mark agent.
Adam advises with regards to all aspects of trade marks, designs and copyright. He has worked with clients from a wide range of sectors and industries, including cosmetics, software, franchises and financial services. He offers commercially minded, practical advice to his clients.
