Brexit & IP: the practical implications of a deal and no deal
The Government is continuing to find it difficult to navigate a parliamentary route towards agreeing a deal with the EU. With the UK due to leave the EU on 29th March, a no deal Brexit is now a real possibility.
CIPA and CITMA will guide you through the various implications for patents, trade marks and designs and help you to consider the impact of Brexit on your practice.
