Robecca Davey is a Principal and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney specialising in UK and international trade mark law, advising clients on the full lifecycle of brand protection. Robecca works with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, growing businesses and start-ups, supporting them in building, managing and defending valuable trade mark portfolios worldwide.

Her practice includes advising on brand clearance and searching, global portfolio prosecution, oppositions, invalidity actions and negotiated settlements. She has a strong track record of resolving disputes efficiently while protecting her clients’ long-term brand interests.

Ellie Johnson, Senior Trade Mark Administrator, Marks & Clerk
Ellie joined Marks & Clerk in August 2022 and is a Certified CITMA Paralegal.
Prior to joining Marks & Clerk Ellie worked as a paralegal at AJ Park, located in Wellington, New Zealand. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
