In the IP sector, our people are our greatest assets. Keeping them happy, healthy, safe and productive is an important responsibility.
It requires systemic policies that extend throughout the workplace and include preventative measures as well as solutions to individual problems.
This online discussion will see our panellists exploring how organisations can take a more holistic approach to mental wellbeing.
Book nowAn approach that connects and supports individual measures – such as the training of MHFAers – so as to make them more effective. One that is tailored for the organisation and its people, and sustainable into the future.
- Mental health trainer and counsellor Penelope Aspinall will speak for the IP-focused mental health charity Jonathan’s Voice, drawing on the practical guidance they’ve been compiling for IP professionals and their employers.
- Lisa Whittleton, Director of the wellbeing support consultancy Illuminate VR Services, will explain how leaders, managers and HR professionals can be more creative and proactive in their approach to wellbeing, and tell us about the resources available to help them.
Experienced IP professionals will share their own experiences in this context, and you’ll have a chance to put your questions to the panellists during the final Q&A session.
