CITMA Paralegal Manager – London

Are you a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal? A prestigious law firm are seeking a motivated candidate to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience is required? You will need at least 7 years’ experience working as a Trade Mark Paralegal with at least a couple of years’ experience in coordinating a team of trade mark paralegals. A CITMA qualification is essential for this position. However, if you are currently working within a similar role, then this firm might like to review your CV.

Duties will be wide-ranging - you’ll be carrying out leadership duties alongside senior paralegal responsibilities. Daily responsibilities will include handling trade mark prosecution; drafting and preparing trade mark applications; onboarding client portfolios; maintaining accurate records; recording deadlines; handling oppositions; overseeing work carried out by trade mark paralegals; managing team training; analysing processes, flagging any issues.
