Deputy Trade Mark Formalities Supervisor up to £55,000++ London

We are delighted to be working with a top IP firm who are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Formalities professional to join their team as a Deputy Trade Mark Formalities Supervisor. If you are looking for a senior opportunity or looking to take that next step in your Trade Mark career this role could be for you.

This opportunity is to support across the Trade Mark Renewals and Records functions. Duties include but not limited to:

• 60% on Trade Mark Renewals
• 40% on Trade Mark & Design Records

Acting as deputy across both functions, providing operational support and stepping in for the supervisor when needed.

Key Details:

• Location: Central London (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
• Salary: Up to £55,000 (non-negotiable)
• Reporting to: Renewals Supervisor

You should ideally have the following experience -

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Trade Mark formalities
• CITMA Paralegal qualification (essential)
• Experience with iManage and Inprotech is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
