Dawn Ellmore Employment has partnered with a top London law firm who are seeking an IP Team Secretary to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity which will see the successful individual thrive within a well-established and friendly law firm.
For this role, you must hone experience as a Legal Secretary ideally within an intellectual property or trade mark team. Having excellent attention to detail along with a methodical approach is key as well as being able to conduct yourself in an organised and professional manner.
Duties to include:
- Providing diary management to Fee Earners within the IP Team.
- Secretarial support.
- Dealing with client onboarding processes as well as liaising with Marketing, Events, and Business Development Teams.
- Providing support regarding billing.
