Forresters IP LLP is a top-rated intellectual property firm currently looking to recruit a recently qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join our friendly team. We would welcome applications to join either our Birmingham, Liverpool or London offices. This is a full-time, permanent role.   You will have the opportunity to work from home, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Salary: Very competitive

Hours: 35 hours per week - Flexible working (core hours & hybrid working)

We have a strong trade mark team with a proactive approach to portfolio protection and maintenance, with expertise in all areas.  We handle all aspects of establishment, use, registration, maintenance and enforcement of trade marks.

You will be dealing with all aspects of trade mark practice, including advising on trade mark, domain name, company name and passing off matters.

As well as being capable of working both independently and as part of a team, you will have proven organisational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.  Additionally, you will  possess a commitment to quality and attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Candidates should possess at least an upper second class degree and be fully qualified, ideally one year PQE, however we will consider candidates with more experience.
