Senior Trade Mark Paralegal – Leeds/Hybrid

Joining a supportive and forward-thinking environment, you'll take ownership of a varied trade mark portfolio, working alongside experienced professionals on both UK and international matters. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a busy practice, and is keen to build on their existing trade mark knowledge.

You'll be responsible for a broad range of duties, including:

• Preparing and filing UK and overseas trade mark applications, renewals and related filings.
• Providing day-to-day support to Trade Mark Attorneys throughout the prosecution process.
• Drafting correspondence, reports, specifications and portfolio documentation.
• Managing trade mark formalities, recordals and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, foreign associates and intellectual property offices worldwide.
• Assisting with a wide variety of trade mark matters while ensuring deadlines are met and records remain accurate.
