Jade is a qualified CITMA Trade Mark Paralegal and has been working in the IP profession since 2021, joining as a trainee member of patent and trade mark support staff. Jade passed the 2023/24 CITMA Paralegal Course with merit.
Jade is building her knowledge and experience relating to the acquisition of trade mark and design rights in the UK, EU and overseas. Her work covers the spectrum of trade mark formalities including the filing of new UK, EU and overseas trade mark applications, recordals of changes of ownership, and the filing of new UK design applications. She diarises and instructs the payment of various trade mark fees throughout the world and arranges for clients to receive their trade mark and design certificates on registration.
Jade works in a completely electronic environment helping clients to secure registered trade marks and designs.
