I specialise in the field of Trade Marks and I am qualified to practice before the Irish and EU Intellectual Property Offices. I am responsible for the docketing of all Trade Mark matters and ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely manner. I determine that all formalities relating to the trade mark registration process are completed accurately, ensuring that marks are correctly and validly registered. I also oversee the Renewals Department as well as overseeing post-registration matters including recordal of assignments, changes of name, etc. and any ancillary matters arising therefrom.
