Charlotte conducts clearance searches, advises on filing strategies and the prosecution of UK, European Union and International trade mark applications through to registration, including handling opposition proceedings, negotiating co-existence agreements and representing clients at hearings before the UK Intellectual Property Office. Charlotte is also experienced in initiating and defending invalidity and revocation proceedings, as well as advising in passing off matters.
