Heather is the co-founding Partner of Daneel Williams LLP and advises on the full spectrum of trade mark law and practice specialising in trade mark and design portfolio management in the UK and worldwide. Heather has extensive experience in brand protection, from initial clearance searching and registrability advice through to devising strategic filing strategies and executing worldwide filing programs.
Heather has expertise in managing trade mark oppositions and cancellation actions and also advises on infringement and passing off, having previously undertaken the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law and Advocacy. Heather has worked with a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations and has experience of working with clients in multiple sectors including food and drink, FMCG’s, pharmaceuticals, financial industries, fashion and retail and charities. Heather enjoys getting to know clients and building longstanding relationships.
