Rebecca actively manages trade mark and design portfolio’s and thus is able to offer client’s a well-rounded view of IP issues. Rebecca advises clients on the protection and management of their trade mark portfolios, encompassing all aspects of trade mark protection from clearance searches, prosecution and registering of trade marks to advising on infringement and enforcement, and she has had experience of advising on design registrations and enforcement. Rebecca works with a wide range of clients, from the retail and fashion industry through to food products, engineering, pharmaceuticals and animal health care brands.
Rebecca also advises on threats of infringement and passing off, sending cease and desist letters and opposition actions. She also has experience of domain name disputes, having prosecuted actions before Nominet and ICANN.
