Helena has worked in the IP profession in various roles since 2008. She qualified as a UK and European Trade Mark and Design Attorney in 2013 and has since worked for a wide range of small local businesses and larger corporate clients, across industries as diverse as boutique stationery to large scale manufacturing. Irrespective of size, Helena puts a strong emphasis on excellent client service and was delighted to join the team at Definition IP as Senior Associate in May 2020. Her particular expertise include: clearance searching; protection strategies; oppositions and disputes; trade mark filing and prosecution; changes of ownership, international assignment, license and change of name recordal programmes.
