She has handled UK, EU and worldwide brand, trade mark, copyright and domain name matters for major companies including the Shell Group and as a senior trade mark attorney at BT plc [including Yell Limited (former Yellow Pages), O2 Limited (formerly BT Cellnet Limited)], and the BT Group and lines of business (BT Wholesale, BT Retail, BT Global Services, BT Operate, BT Innovate & Design); as well as Openreach (BT Group business) ]. Francesca has operated in private practice during the past ten years.
